Terms and conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not accept any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions.

1. GENERAL

When you carry out a reservation, your contract will be done with Marrakech Villas. However if your holiday is  organized via a Tour Operator, the contract will be done up directly with this one.

2. PROCEDURE OF RESERVATION AND FORMATION OF CONTRACT

Before carrying out a reservation, you must fill the form available on Marrakech-Villas.com and wait the confirmation by phone or email of the availability of the establishment chosen, at the dates selected. Following this confirmation, you will have the possibility of confirming your reservation through your member space or directly by phone via  our customer service. After you have checked and approved the details of the reservation as well as the general terms of sale, You will have to process  the payment of the deposit of 40% of the total  amount of the stay required to confirm your reservation. Your reservation will be confirmed and valid when we receive the payment of this deposit. A reservation carried out by a minor cannot be accepted. Your personal information will be processed in all confidentiality.

3. PRICES

The prices of the Villa include the housing of the property on an exclusive way and are subjected to the general terms of the owners, available on request. The services include change from one establishment to another, this information is  available at the time of the reservation. Are generally not included in the price of hiring: the cost of obtaining the passports or the visas, meals, transfers, drinks, additional staff, transport, including the transport of the personnel, the gratifications for the personnel, , the insurance of voyage, the prices of the plane ticket, the airport taxes and the purchase of the food, the services of massage.

The prices posted on the site can change without notice, however the price mentioned at the time of the confirmation of reservation is guaranteed to you. Marrakech Villas proposes prices in dirham, conversion into other currencies having for only goal to make your reservation easier. Marrakech Villas accepts the payments in Euros, Dollars US, Pound and Dirhams, however the establishement can  require the payment of the balance in dirhams.

4. PAYMENT

For all reservations, a deposit of 40% of the total  amount of the stay is required at the time of the confirmation in order to guarantee the reservation. The establishment selected will be blocked on your behalf only at the time of the reception of this deposit. The balance remaining will be to pay directly to the establishment.
In the case of a payment by bank transfer, the reference of your reservation must appear on the transfer order and a proof of this transfer must be sent to Marrakech Villas by fax or email. The reservation will not be confirmed until we receive the confirmation of your transfer.

5. CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION BY THE CUSTOMER

Any cancellation of the customer must be sent by email to contact@Marrakech Villas.com, the reference of reservation must be specified there. The date of cancellation is the date when we receive your request for cancellation. 50 % of the amount of deposit is refundable if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the arrival date.

6. EXACTITUDE OF INFORMATION

Marrakech Villas provides the maximum of efforts to make sure that the pictures and the descriptions provided by the owners of the establishments represent these properties as well as possible, we cannot accept the responsibility for the possible errors contained on the site. By accepting these general terms, you accept the existence of differences between photography, the illustration and the texts used, and the real establishment. The owners of the establishments can constantly do  modifications if that does not disturb the comfort of the occupants.

7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CUSTOMER

It’s the responsibility of the customer to treat with respect the establishments, their furniture and equipment and  their personnel. You will have to leave the villa in the same state of cleanliness and general order that on your arrival. The damage caused by the customers can be charge by the establishment.

8. RESPONSIBILITY FOR MARRAKECH VILLAS

In accordance with the law, Marrakech Villas could not be held responsible for dead or wound of a customer or for any occupant  of the establishment. We will not be responsible for losses, natural disasters or accident, conflict or threat of conflict or unfavourable weather conditions. We cannot be held responsible for the breakdowns of mechanical equipment (boilers, pumps, heating, air-conditioning, systems of filtration of swimming pool etc) not for the breakdown of public utilities (water, the gas, the telephone and electricity). Marrakech Villas will not be held responsible for all disturbances coming from the outside of the establishment (noise, odors or other disturbances)

9. SAFETY OF THE INVALUABLE OBJECTS

Any invaluable object left within the property is under your responsibility. Marrakech Villas will not be held responsible in the event of loss, of damage because of a steal or any other event.

10.  PRESENCE Of PETS

The pets are not authorized in all the establishments. No pet will be accepted if the request were not formulated and validate by Marrakech Villas at the time of the reservation of the establishment
.
11.  OPENING OF THE SWIMMING POOL

The swimming pools can not be open all the year. If your stay is not included between on June 1 and August 30, it is your responsibility to check with Marrakech villas if the swimming pool is open.

12. LITIGATION

In the event of conflict, the two parts begin to try to find as a preliminary an agreement by friendly agreement. In the absence of satisfaction results for the two parts, the treatment of litigation will have been subjected to the Moroccan courts.
As an intermediary, Marrakech Villas could not be held responsible or be involved of any way in front litigations occurring, lastin, and implying the customer and the establishment.

13. LAW
All the contractual obligations coming from these conditions of reservation are subjected to the Moroccan legislation.
